Mallorca Move gets a good start to the year with the sale of a stunning villa in Bendinat.
A recent editorial in the press following our successful sale of this villa in Bendinat. Before and After pictures as you can see. For those that didn't know the original house was built by my step father David Russell, the long established and well respected estate agent on the island back in 1988 and as a teenager I lived in this house and have very fond memories. David sold the property back in 1996 and subsequently the developer James Von Enden from Perlentaucher acquired it in 2016 and made a complete refurbishment of the house to a beautiful and high standard as you can see from the photos. Having listed the reformed house last year I knew it was destined for me to find the new owner, and in January this year we did just that!!
